1. Orders and Payments
After the order is submitted, it becomes effective upon review and confirmation of payment. Orders that are not paid on time may be canceled at our discretion.
The prices of goods are inclusive of applicable taxes, and the final amount will be based on the order page. Customs duties will be applied according to the local policies of the delivery destination and are your responsibility.
Unshipped orders can be canceled and refunded in full. Orders that have already been shipped must follow the return/exchange process.

2. Product Delivery
After the order is confirmed, goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days. Delivery times may be affected by logistics and customs clearance factors.
Please check the products at the time of delivery. If there is any damage or missing items, please refuse the delivery and contact customer service within 24 hours for feedback.
Risks such as damage or loss during logistics are borne by the logistics service provider, and we will assist you in negotiating compensation.

3. Return and Exchange Policy
We support a 14-day no-reason return/exchange policy. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories intact. Customized or special products are excluded.
Returns and exchanges must be requested through customer service. Once approved, products must be returned within 7 days. For quality issues, the return shipping cost is borne by us; for no-reason returns/exchanges, the shipping cost is borne by you.
Once the product is inspected and accepted, a refund or reshipment will be processed within 1-2 working days.
